BLOGPARADE: 7 styles with – Stripes | Spring Look

Today’s theme for the blog parade is stripes, which is just a classic for the spring season. Therefore everyone should have a stripy thing in their life.

STRIPES

I simply love stripes. It’s just an easy way for me to spruce up my outfit. What I probably love most about stripes is the versatility. For example, if you don’t feel too comfortable with the graphic shirt trend but still want to change up your basic t-shirt just go with a striped shirt. It’s like an in-between option and in my opinion easier to style. Or if you want a Parisian feel to your outfit – a blazer, a striped shirt and red lips and you are good to go.

THE OUTFIT

For today’s blog parade outfit, I wanted to go for a semi-casual look.  I choose a striped blouse, which is a bit more dressy and paired it with my mom jeans. This is the perfect mix between looking like you made an effort and just being comfortable. Also as it is getting warmer and springy I’m really into wearing my high heels again. So I decided to wear my lace-up sandals from Zara. I have to admit that they are not really the comfiest heels to wear but I just love the way they look. If you are not a heels type of girl just wear a pair of sneakers. To give my outfit an edgy look I wore my biker leather jacket. Instant cool chick vibes 😉
